**Title**: Project Manager, Mental Health Surveillance
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term until March 31, 2027
**Hours**: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver, BC (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, in the summer of 2025.

**About the role**
As the Project Manager, Mental Health Surveillance, you will manage and oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of mental health surveillance plan which focuses on using a two-eyed seeing approach to develop a series of accessible knowledge translation tools to increase First Nations decision-making, control, and improve health services and outcomes of mental health and wellness in BC. In this role, you will oversee a grant, and the focus will be on mental health surveillance. This role will involve utilizing project management skills to ensure that all objectives and deliverables of the grant are met from start to finish. Occasional travel will be required in this role.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- A University degree in related healthcare profession or project management with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Recent experience within the last 3 years in all aspects of project or business management, preferably in a health care system or health organization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Project Management training is an asset
- Demonstrated experience working with First Nations and Aboriginal community members and organizations.
- Completion of the Indigenous Cultural Competency course or equivalent education is desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of population and public health principles, including health equity.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
