**About the Position**

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a **Labourer/Helper**, with the potential to grow into a **Glazier Apprenticeship**.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to **start a career in the glazing trade**, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial glass systems.
- Safely handle, move, and lift glass and other materials.
- Use basic and power tools under the direction of senior glaziers.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Follow company safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Physically fit and comfortable working with heavy materials.
- Able to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (experience is an asset but not required).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Interest in developing skills for a **glazing apprenticeship pathway**.
