Looking for an experienced echocardiographer to join us at HearthHealth Medical Centres.

4 days per week. 8 hour shifts. Must be able to travel to 3 different clinic locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Each work week will include at least one shift at each of 3 different locations:
1) 755 Queensway E, Mississauga

2) 68 Abell St, Toronto

3) 3133 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough

GE Vivid IQ Echo Machine.
- Registers patients by confirming patient identification; reviewing consultation requests; checking for special instructions; consulting with the physician; entering anticipated services into the patient log.
- Conducts Echocardiogram and Contrast studies by using electronic test equipment, recording devices, and laboratory instruments.
- Maintains cardiology equipment and supplies by cleaning and adjusting equipment; troubleshooting problems; performing preventive maintenance; reporting equipment malfunctions; maintaining supply inventory levels; completing and placing supply requisitions; restocking supply storeroom.
- Maintains quality results by following standards, protocols, and procedures; submitting reports.
- Informing manager or clinic supervisor if any patient needs immediate or urgent attention.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Maintain appropriate credentialing from ARDMS
- Serves and protects the health care facility by adhering to professional standards, policies, and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

- 8 hour shift
