**Research Associates**:
**Position Overview**:
This project will identify, scan, and catalogue key documents related to Mennonite history in Ukraine.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with a researcher located in Ukraine, fostering a collaborative and productive relationship.
- Catalogue and organize scans of historical documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Create a user-friendly finding aid in English, facilitating easy navigation and retrieval of information.
- Assist in research-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of ongoing projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in History
- Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of Mennonite history.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with archival principles and practices preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

**Condition(s) of Employment**:

- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**
