**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate daily with the Fleet and Operations teams, for scheduling of equipment PM’s
- Monitor ROR’s and ensure these are addressed and communicated back to the OSP group
- Participate in regular rotation with Operations team to complete Daily reports process (Internal and External).
- Deal with sublet vendors, issued PO’s for sublet work and follow up
- Deal with sublet breakdowns
- Manage the scheduling of PM’s and Inspections with the shop and operations
- Manage the major repair scheduling
- Communicate with outside vendors
- Complete the daily re-torque report and manage the process
- Use the TMW system as per guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely communication
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- University Degree, College Diploma in a related field (Business, Engineering) or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in the transportation industry, specifically within a dispatch role considered an asset
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills considered an asset
- Strong communication skills: Verbal and Written
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills required
- Energetic, adaptable and flexible with the ability to work with co-workers to meet all Department(s) objectives
- Ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities
