**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspire and motivate potential donors to make financial commitments in support of impactful causes.
- Respond to potential donors' questions and inquiries, providing accurate information about the charity's goals and programs.
- Analyze supporter feedback, addressing any concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Accurately document supporter information and all interactions within our system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanour, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster donor commitment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance fundraising strategies and improve the overall donor experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to connect with individuals quickly and inspire them to support charitable causes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Proficient in data entry with great attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
