**Role Overview**
- Engage directly with the public to champion charitable missions.
- Cultivate lasting donor relationships by inspiring financial support.
- Serve as an informed point of contact for charitable endeavors.
- Ensure positive donor experiences by managing feedback and resolving issues.
- Maintain meticulous records and update donor profiles.
- Foster donor trust through professional conduct and clear communication.
- Contribute to fundraising approaches and improve donor engagement.
- Background in customer service, sales, or fundraising is advantageous.
- Excellent English verbal communication skills are essential; bilingualism is a plus.
- Ability to connect with and motivate people to support charitable causes is desired.
- Keen attention to detail and data entry skills are required.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to excel in a team setting are important.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving situations and handle responsibilities efficiently is necessary.
