**Dining Room & Banquet Supervisor - Delivering Excellence at Holiday Inn & IHG**

In this role, you will oversee restaurant service and banquet events, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects the standards of Holiday Inn and IHG. You will lead a team of service professionals, collaborate with the kitchen and event planners, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Dining Room Supervision**:

- Supervise and support dining room staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Oversee the guest experience, from seating to service, ensuring satisfaction and handling special requests professionally.
- Maintain consistency in service quality, ensuring proper table settings, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Train and mentor, the front-of-house team, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service etiquette, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and maintain daily dining operations, including reservations, guest flow, and service timing.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Holiday Inn brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.

**Banquet Supervision**:

- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, from setup to breakdown.
- Work closely with event planners and kitchen staff, ensuring banquet menus and service flow meet client expectations.
- Supervise banquet staff, providing clear instructions and maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure proper table layouts, buffet presentations, and room arrangements, aligning with event specifications.
- Monitor banquet timelines, ensuring efficient service and smooth transitions between courses.
- Maintain banquet inventory and supplies, coordinating with management for ordering and logistics.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.

- Proven experience in restaurant and banquet supervision, preferably in an IHG or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Exceptional customer service mindset, ensuring an outstanding guest experience in both dining and banquet settings.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, working closely with front
- and back-of-house teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring flawless execution of service and events.
- Ability to handle guest feedback professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Flexibility and adaptability, able to manage dynamic environments, from daily dining service to large-scale banquets.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with IHG’s operational guidelines.
