**Your Part in It**:
Working out of our growing Hamilton, ON office, we are looking for our next Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for making sure the movement of freight across North America, or even across the globe, is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customers’ needs.
Your work will support our extensive Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to set foot within the extensive logistics’ field.
**LOGISTICS COORDINATOR**
**What the Job Entails**:
- Oversee all client Support Team
- Escalation points for Client Support Team
- Maintains work flow for customer orders
- Sets priority of customer orders
- Manages TN & E bonds
- Manages Target program
- Works directly with Target customers
- Maintains Target PO’s
- Maintains Target weekly report (GPU and Ice Machine report).
- Creating and maintaining Strong Vendor Relationships
- Organizing deliveries to job site or warehouse
- Work closely with International department
- Will establish number of trucks needed per order
- Will create confirmation for International
- Resolve all customer issues ( Late trucks/breakdowns/missing crew)
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Assist onboarding new projects
- Over the Road, Ocean, Air experience required
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Customer service experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Great opportunity for recent graduates
- Written and verbal fluency in French/English
- Well-organized self-starters with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess professional phone mannerisms
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
- Excellent Multitasking and Communication skills
