- NIX SENSOR LTD is seeking a _**_Logistics Coordinator_**_ responsible for overseeing global logistics, including coordinating shipments, generating shipping documentation, tracking shipments, and facilitating invoicing. Also manages month-end inventory counts, processes e-commerce orders, maintains courier relationships, manages stock levels, manages customer support services, facilitates customer returns, and aids in operational policy reviews._

What will you do? _**
- Management of the global logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments, which includes:
- Managing the setup of shipments, obtaining the necessary information where it may be lacking in the initial order details
- Creation of shipping labels, packing slips, commercial invoices and appropriate custom documentation based on location.
- Providing tracking information to the sales team or customer once the shipment is in transit.
- Providing Accounting with the relevant shipping information to trigger the invoicing of the order.
- Obtaining shipping documentation and tracking information from customers or suppliers where we are expecting returned units or inventory.
- Management of the month end inventory counts, which includes:
- Overseeing the count itself, with the aid of members of the production team
- Process incoming e-commerce orders, which includes:
- Evaluating fulfillment capability from current office stock or global warehouse stock and fulfilling accordingly.
- If units are built to order, coordinating shipment of units once received from Production team.
- Providing positive confirmation to the Sales team that the order has been shipped and providing them with the tracking information and serial numbers of the units where required.
- Manage courier relationships and coordinating with various couriers to resolve any shipment issues that may arise.
- Manage stock levels of packaging inventory.
- Manage customer returns, including testing of hardware and coordinating the shipment of new units.
- Aid in the review of operational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as necessary to support the Finance and Operations Team.
**_ What will you need?_**
- **Experience in Logistics Management**: Demonstrated experience managing global logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, generating shipping documentation, and tracking shipments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage various documentation accurately, such as shipping labels, packing slips, commercial invoices, and custom documentation, ensuring compliance with location-specific requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to provide tracking information to sales teams or customers, coordinate with accounting for invoicing, and liaise with customers or suppliers for shipping documentation and tracking information.
- **Inventory Management**: Experience in managing inventory counts, including overseeing month-end inventory counts and evaluating fulfillment capability from office stock or warehouse stock for incoming e-commerce orders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of support services via various communication channels and handling customer returns efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in resolving shipment issues by managing courier relationships, coordinating with various couriers, and troubleshooting any shipping or inventory-related issues that may arise.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, alongside the rest of our dynamic team.
