**Reservations Agent - Call Centre**

**Location**:Mount Washington Alpine Resort - Remote work available

**Employment Type**:Seasonal - winter, hourly, part-time

**Reports To**:Call Centre Supervisor

**Your Opportunity**:
Do you have a flair for customer service, great people skills, enjoy being busy, and love to have fun while getting paid for it? As a Reservations Agent, you will be an important part of our front-line staff and play a key role in providing a positive experience to our guests. You will clearly communicate information and take bookings from our guests in a friendly, timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for resolving guests' questions, and ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their stay.

**_ This position can be worked from home_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Inform guests of lesson products and other services available
- Process transactions by operating a point-of-sale system and accurately perform daily cash procedures
- Prepare and post snow phone and web updates each morning
- Understand products in the Winter Recreation Guide and maintain a good general knowledge of the resort (i.e. Hours of Business, Tube Park, Lifts, Nordic, etc.)
- Assist the Season Pass and Groups Departments, plus other duties as required

**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated sales and customer-service talents; related experience is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, computer, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- A team player able to work with mínimal supervision
- Physically able to grasp, type, read, write, stand, sit, lift, listen, converse, and perform repetitive motions
- Knowledge of and passion for the ski industry is an asset
