**CONSTRUCTION LABOURER**

**RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING**:

- Ability to accurately read and measure material for cutting and installation
- Experience working with drywall, (boarding and finishing), acoustic ceiling tile installation, demolition and remodelling (indoor and outdoor environments)
- Comfortable in being trained to complete lead, mould and asbestos hazardous material remediations
- Ability to perform manual labour duties, including lifting heavy loads and navigate construction job site terrain
- Maintain tool and equipment organization, safety and security.
- Excellent housekeeping
- Ability to accurately read and write and complete basic math and calculations
- Prepare and install framing, t-bar ceilings and other materials such as spray foam, fiberglass etc.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, occasional overtime.

**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS**:

- Attention to detail and passion for quality work
- Coordinate and communicate with others to support effectively in order to complete the required work
- Own Vehicle, Class G License, Own CSA Type II Hard Hat and Green Patch Safety Shoes
- 2-4 years of construction experience minimum is required
