**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with proven with industry-standard tools and processes associated with the time cycle of systems development (SDLC) to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for for internal systems analysis, proving support on data related issues, troubleshoot problems, explore, document and communicate solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise and coordinate between IT development and business units to understand and clarify business needs (through interviews, facilitated workgroups and analysis of documents and workflows); find the most appropriate solution in terms of technology and architecture and define the corresponding functional and technical features
- Assess new information tools/technologies, as well as changing business needs, then recommend suitable alternatives and improvements to new or existing systems (through communications and presentations)
- May be called upon to lead small projects and coordinate with other analysts on the team
- Supervise project-related activities by assigning and supervising tasks, establishing the work schedule (deadlines and budget) and solving problems; this responsibility includes coordinating the efforts of the team and the subcontractors/consultants so as to complete projects as planned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience with Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data integration interfaces
- Ability to maintain ETL Source-Target mapping document
- Ability to translate/integrate business needs into functional systems and specifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to adjust the personal style to different user groups
- Experience in one of the following areas is an asset:
Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) framework

Decision monitoring (Power BI)

Oracle Fusion and PBCS financial software
- Good technical grasp of MS Office, Visio, and MS Project
- Knowledge of the Agile project management methodology
- Azure Cloud Data environment (Synapse, Azure SQL, ADF, Databricks)
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

**Nice to Have**:

- Certified Business Analysis Professional certification (CBAP), an asset
