**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. You will assist with various tasks in the dining areas, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our food service operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide support to team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
