Accountabilities
- Aid in vetting/updating landlord information in the Lease Management system
- Compile EFT letters received from landlord and track in excel spreadsheet
- General Data Entry
- Assist in Year-end Billings for tenants
- Prepare, distribute, and track letters for SDM landlords
- Take direction from, and support, senior team members
- Participate in special projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- Self-starter with Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to work within a diverse team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office - Word Excel, Outlook
