**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist and educate customers about skincare and beauty to find solutions to their skin concerns.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
- Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- Assist customers with card and cash transactions.
- May include other responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**
- **Flexible availability is required - able to work weekends and holidays.**:

- **Prior experience in stock management is highly valued and strongly preferred**.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).
- A strong interest in skincare and beauty products is preferred.

This is a seasonal position that will run until the end of the holiday season.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
