Our indoor playground is designed to stimulate children’s creativity, motor skills and social interaction while providing an unforgettable experience for families. It features a 3-storey indoor play structure, interactive arcade, 4 spectacular party rooms, and an in-house café where parents can sit, relax, and watch their children play and have fun.

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Dessert / Crepe Maker(s) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, promoting menu items, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

**Job Duties but not limited to**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Prepare and assemble food / drink items as per the standard menu including crepes, waffles, mini pancakes, etc.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and eating areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment preferred.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
