We are looking for a reliable, outgoing **receptionist. **If you are a creative person with great computer skills and like an interesting work environment with something different to do everyday ie: little set routine, this might be a good fit. Does this sound like you?

**Reception Support**
- Support the lead receptionist during busy periods and cover her holidays / sick days. Responsibilities can vary and include answering phones, undertaking administrative tasks and providing support in various projects.
- Must be well organized, able to prioritize, have good social and computer skills.
- Real estate experience not necessary although it is an asset.

**Your Qualifications**
- This is an entry-level reception & admin role.
- Working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office programs including; word, excel, and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Someone who enjoys multi-tasking and isn't stressed by it.
- Proven ability to work well with co-workers - team player
- Customer service oriented
- Must be very presentable and speak and write well in English
