**Opportunity**:
First Truck Centre has an exciting opening for a Receptionist in our Surrey location. With responsibilities such for managing all incoming calls, directing customers, answering questions, and locating personnel to assist customers the Receptionist will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies. Our Elite Support certified dealers provides top quality in all aspects of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting all customers
- Promptly answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Managing all courier functions
- Ordering office supplies
- Sort incoming mail and faxes
- Other administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing and scanning.

**Skill Set**:

- Proven history of maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude
- Customer service focused with strong communication skills
- Organized, strong attention to detail, and quick learner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and multi-line phone system

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Previous experience with office administration an asset
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with fast learning abilities
- Knowledge of Excel would be an asset
- Must be able to participate in and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
