**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various types of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Weeding, mulching, and soil preparation
- Performing general landscaping duties such as seasonal clean-ups and leaf removal
- Operating gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work site

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
