**You have**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 5 years in the HR industry with at least 3 years of talent management experience in a corporate HR environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across partner groups
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and people impacts
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a high-performing environment
- Willingness to travel to head office, field offices, and corporate events across Ontario as needed

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in a unionized environment

**What you will do**:

- Design, develop, and administer talent management programs, including career pathing, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to align talent management strategies with workforce planning and business priorities
- Support succession planning processes, including talent assessments, leadership development tracking, and forecasting future needs
- Lead the administration of performance management and employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture
- Use data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate on communication strategies to engage employees and drive program adoption
- Provide advice to management on talent development needs, workforce skills, and long-term workforce planning strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in HR program design and delivery
