Media Manager

Ray is a creatively led, full-service advertising agency, and we’re looking for a Media Manager. If you love a good CPM, CPC or CPCV, are a master multitasker, and can find your way through Business Manager and GA4, we should talk.
Job Responsibilities:
- **Campaign Coordination/Management**: execution and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- **Media Collaboration**: work with the media planning team to help develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives. This includes staying informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising.
- **Budget Management**: assist with managing campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices.
- **Creative Asset Management**: work closely with internal creative and production teams and external vendors to organize and traffic creative assets for campaign deployment.
- **Reporting**: monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Generate regular reports.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are required. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) is beneficial. Previous agency experience and familiarity with media planning tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) are ideal.
