**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, materials and engineering, to resolve production issues promptly.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Direct and develop production personnel through training programs and motivation, ensuing all employees have the necessary skills to perform their job in a safe yet productive manner.
- Attain an understanding of all aspects of the processes and equipment utilized within the department.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
