**Reports to**: Manager, RFPs and Contracts Administration

Purpose of the Role The RFP & Contract Consultant is responsible for the administration of the RFP and Contract Management processes. This position involves day-to-day coordination and ownership of the RFP process and contract administration functions which includes submission of a timely, accurate and complete RFP proposal to the client, and requires close interaction with the Business Development, Finance, Legal and Operations teams.

Core Accountabilities Daily review of bid websites (government/non-government portals) and identification of potential opportunities; discussion with RFP manager, dissemination of bid opportunities to respective SME’s The coordination and scheduling of all steps in the bid process to ensure the complete, accurate and ontime submission of each RFP Preparation, consolidation and assembly of response documents ready for submission; and the development / authoring/ approval of responses The sales and service contract management process includes working closely with the RFP & Contracts Manager, Business Development and Legal team to coordinate the development and completion of contracts that correctly captures all aspects of the services and related fees In addition, this role is responsible for administrating and monitoring the contracts database for RFP and major accounts for the Hospital/LTC/RH team. This includes monitoring and documenting term dates and related notification dates are accurate, up to date and scheduled appropriately to ensure sufficient time/resources to ensure contracts are timelines are met. Maintain and update bid tracker and RFP forecast alongwith Contract database tracker ( Hospital/LTC/RH), Maintenance of Bid sites

Minimum Qualification and Skills University degree in Business, Marketing or Health Sciences 3-5 years in RFP/Sales Environment Must have experience in RFP's/RFQ's/RFI's and Contracts administation Must have a analytical mind Good communication skills Proficient in MS office
