**Job Summary**:
The **Academic Affairs and Compliance Manager** is responsible for managing and overseeing all academic operations, ensuring that the institution’s programs, faculty, and student processes comply with internal policies, regulatory bodies, and accreditation standards (e.g., PTIRU, Ministry of Education). The role also supports practicum coordination and institutional audits while driving continuous quality improvement across all academic functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Academic Affairs Management**
- Supervise academic operations, faculty coordination, and program implementation.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with institutional objectives and learning outcomes.
- Oversee academic scheduling, student performance monitoring, and documentation accuracy.
- Support academic planning, evaluation, and internal reviews to maintain educational quality.
- Collaborate with faculty to uphold instructional standards and policy adherence.

**2. Compliance and Accreditation**
- Ensure full institutional and academic compliance with PTIRU, MOE, and other accrediting standards.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable documentation for all academic programs.
- Lead internal academic and compliance audits, ensuring zero non-conformities.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and accreditation documentation on time.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, SOPs, and improvement plans.

**3. Practicum and Placement Oversight**
- Oversee the coordination and quality of practicum and internship programs.
- Ensure student placements meet academic, legal, and safety requirements.
- Maintain partnerships with industry organizations and placement agencies.
- Track student practicum performance, attendance, and supervisor feedback.
- Monitor graduate employment outcomes and support institutional placement goals.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare monthly and quarterly academic and compliance performance reports.
- Maintain centralized databases for academic records, compliance checklists, and audits.
- Present compliance status, audit results, and academic performance updates to management.
- Ensure document confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

**5. Leadership and Coordination**
- Supervise academic coordinators and compliance officers, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Train faculty and staff on academic and compliance protocols.
- Foster collaboration between departments (Admissions, Academics, Student Services, and QA).
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and academic integrity.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **5-7 years** experience in academic administration, compliance, practicum, placement or accreditation (including at least **2 years in a managerial role**).
- Strong knowledge of academic regulations (PTIRU, Ministry of Education, or equivalent).
- Proven ability in academic audits, compliance reporting, and institutional governance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Student Information Systems, and compliance tools.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
