**ELECTROMECHANICIAN**
**Location**: Montréal, Lachine

**Salary**: According to the collective agreement, includes night and weekend premiums.
**Work Schedule**: 40 hours/week
**Required Availability**: Night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Thursday to Sunday and Friday to Sunday
**Employment Status**: Permanent

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electromechanician responds to various electromechanical intervention requests within required timeframes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose issues in manufacturing production equipment involving pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics
- Respond to service calls from production
- Follow up with the supervisor and/or operator after each call
- Provide relevant information following actions taken
- Respond to emergencies during production stoppages
- Perform preventive maintenance on certain equipment
- Provide technical support to production
- Document actions taken on production lines
- Follow up on the reception of ordered parts with the buyer
- Participate in shift change meetings
- Work safely, identifying and mitigating risks during interventions
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the Maintenance department
- Available for 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Thursday to Sunday
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electromechanics
- Excellent logical thinking and troubleshooting reflexes
- Strong interest in hands-on work, learning, and growing in a company that invests in and supports its maintenance team
