**Responsibilities**:

- Responsable des réparations électriques et de l’entretien préventif sur tous les équipements/machines de production.
- Assurer l’entretien préventif et les réparations lors de l’entretien des systèmes de contrôle basés sur un contrôle logique programmable (PLC).
- Entretenir et réparer les systèmes de réfrigération à air comprimé, à vapeur basse pression et à ammoniac.
- Maintenir le contact avec le superviseur et les collègues afin de rendre compte des progrès.
- Maintenir le respect de toutes les politiques et directives de procédure de l’entreprise.
- Rester informé et formé sur toutes les avancées techniques dans le domaine de responsabilité.
- Répondre aux appels de service et les terminer de manière efficace.
- Utiliser des procédures appropriées d’élimination des déchets.
- Aider et soutenir le département dans l’atteinte et le maintien des objectifs budgétaires.
- Tenir un journal précis de toutes les pièces utilisées et aider à maintenir l’inventaire.
- Soutenir et assister les mécaniciens en apportant de l’expertise en équipement électrique.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent requis.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en entretien électrique requise, avec un permis de formation continue (CE) fortement encouragé.
- Expérience de production dans une entreprise d’embouteillage fortement recommandée.
- Capacité à lire et à utiliser des schémas lors de la réparation d’équipements.
- Maîtrise des contrôleurs programmables Allen Bradley et des contrôleurs électro-caméras.
- Expérience dans le dépannage et l’entretien des contrôleurs logiques programmables (PLC) et des circuits de ligne de signalisation (SLC) ainsi que des systèmes de contrôle de 24 volts et 110 volts.
- Connaissance et expérience des transducteurs électriques et pneumatiques et des systèmes/commandes hydrauliques.
- Expérience préalable avec les systèmes de réfrigération à vapeur/air comprimé et à ammoniac.
- Capacité à planifier et à prioriser les demandes et les horaires de travail.
