As an Intermediate Account Analyst, you will play a crucial role in processing various Preferred Vendor payments with outstanding accuracy and efficiency. You will handle a high volume of payments across multiple lines of coverage provided by Aviva Canada. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of World-class vendors and offer valuable feedback to both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do-
- Identify, log, and resolve any errors or discrepancies in payment processing.- Respond promptly to inquiries from vendors, examiners, and internal auditors, ensuring that all claims' World-class vendor payments are accurate and follow standard methodologies.-
- Strictly adhere to service level agreements, production, and quality targets.- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery and training programs.

What You'll Bring- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions.- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Access and database management.- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.- Proven track record to multitask and meet both team and individual targets.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry.- Solid understanding of the ClaimCenter system.- Accounting knowledge is an asset and will improve your ability to succeed in this role.
