Marketing Coordinator

**Overview**

We are looking for a creative, energetic, professional problem solver to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. This is a generalized marketing position that will develop into a Digital Marketing specialty within six months. Currently based in Cambridge, this position is hybrid WFH and in-office and will require occasional travel to each of our offices.

**Responsibilities**
- Website management and reporting analytics
- Brand Management - ensuring that everything that is published has a similar voice, look and feel
- Content creation for social media, print, and internal resources
- Coordinate and manage presence and community events
- Manage, promote and coordinate strategic sponsorships and corporate donations
- Procurement and distribution of branded items
- Monitor CRM platforms to ensure all customer touch points are relevant
- Build communication templates to complement all department marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Strong client service and teamwork skills
- Adaptability and interest in learning new skills and technology
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask between a variety of tasks, projects and deadlines
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business management, marketing or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field

The following additional qualifications are helpful, although not mandatory:

- Experience with adobe design suite
- Experience with website content management
- Familiarity with a CRM platform
- Familiarity with the Insurance or Financial Services Industry

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
