The 401 Group of Companties is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team with digital ads, social media, website updates, and creative projects. This role is perfect for someone organized, creative, and eager to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Location: In Person - Cambridge, ON

Compensation: $45,000 per year

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You'll Do

  • Help run sales ads across our rooftops
  • Post and monitor organic social media content
  • Clean up and manage comments on social channels
  • Create banners and creative content for campaigns
  • Assist with website and inventory updates
  • Support basic web development and design projects

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of marketing, social media, or design experience
  • Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and Spotify Ads
  • Extensive experience in Adobe Suite/Canva/ither creative platforms
  • Basic understanding of website updates (WordPress or similar)
  • Organized, creative, and detail-focused
