We serve delicious coffee and coffee style beverages, alongside fresh, from scratch baked goods with full menu of house made food options. Our menu and service are impeccable in quality, presentation, friendliness.

Our staff make connections. We know our customers by name, we know their beverage of choice, we individualize their L‘aromas experience. We may be a small team, but we are like family, and very proud of what we do - we create an exceptionally warm atmosphere for anyone who walks through our doors.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, able to talk to customers, and prepare hot and cold barista style beverages. We are looking for a shining personality, a great communicator, a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
- Make a connection with each guest to create a warm and reliable experience each and every time
- Addresses needs of our guests in a timely, approachable, and enthusiastic manner
- Prepares beverages and food
- Clean as you go, completes daily cleaning tasks, re-stock items and prep food
- Completes daily checklists
- Will be trained to open and close

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to demonstrate how you can multitask in a busy environment
- Committed to working scheduled hours including weekends
- Food safety focus - Food Safe Certification an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.65 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tsawwassen, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
