**Prime Focus Endoscopy** a leading Canadian provider of premium products and repair services for medical devices such as endoscopes, ultrasound probes, and surgical instruments. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Care Specialist** to join our team in Dorval, QC.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in supporting hospitals and clinics with timely and accurate information regarding their medical device repairs and purchases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, send, and follow up on repair quotes (e.g., endoscopes, probes, surgical instruments)
- Communicate with suppliers to expedite repairs according to customer needs
- Communicate with customers on repair timelines, loaner availability, and warranty details
- Track and coordinate product shipments (incoming and outgoing)
- Update CRM daily to maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to a top-quality customer experience in a highly specialized field

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French/English) oral and written
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical or technical field
- Ability to understand and explain complex repair processes, timelines, and warranties
- Comfortable working with technical products
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM or ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **Spécialiste du service à la clientèle** motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe à **Dorval, QC**.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutenant les hôpitaux et cliniques avec des informations précises et rapides concernant la réparation et l’achat de leurs dispositifs médicaux.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Préparer, envoyer et faire le suivi des soumissions de réparation (ex. : endoscopes, sondes, instruments chirurgicaux)
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les soumissions de réparation et de vente (par téléphone et courriel)
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs afin d’accélérer les réparations selon les besoins des clients
- Informer les clients des délais de réparation, de la disponibilité des prêts et des détails de garantie
- Suivre et coordonner les envois de produits (entrants et sortants)
- Mettre à jour le CRM quotidiennement pour assurer l’exactitude des dossiers clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (technique, logistique, ventes) pour assurer un service fluide
- Contribuer à une expérience client de haute qualité dans un domaine hautement spécialisé

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingue (français/anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit
- 5+ années d’expérience en service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le domaine médical ou technique
- Capacité à comprendre et à expliquer des processus de réparation complexes, les délais et les garanties
- À l’aise avec les produits techniques
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en suivi
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Excel et des systèmes CRM ou ERP
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à bien performer sous pression
- Attitude positive et esprit d’équipe
