**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize workflow, equipment utilization, and workforce allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in meeting customer demands.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, ensuring a culture of health and safety compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act - First Aid certification is an asset
- Grade 12 minimum, College education preferred
- ** Experience working in an environment with similar processes as Polycorp Ltd is a definite asset. Examples include Hot Presses, Extrusion or Calendering.**
