Here is the Job description for Assistant manager position:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Tim Hortons standards.
- Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, service, and hygiene practices.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to meet health and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with the management team to help facilitate marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
