**The Position**:
Searching for an A-player “Assistant General Manager”, based in Nanaimo, who is extremely motivated to lead all aspects of our day-to-day operations in this entry level position. This role will be predominantly focused on assisting with the day to day operations. This is a growth opportunity for the right person looking to utilize their skills and become an integral part of managing this organization.

The Role Details: The Assistant General Manager is an exceptionally talented individual who will assist in leading the way as we continue our stride to reach milestones. You’ll be coordinating all aspects of our technician team, assisting in finding new commercial customers and corporate communication.

KEY DUTIES: Assisting in.
- Building and developing key industry relationships
- Hiring and inspiring all team members (Technicians)
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery
- General business management

KEY RESULTS:

- Consistently hit weekly revenue targets
- Consistently deliver a superior brand experience to everyone who interacts with the company
- Operate business with all agreed budget line items

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
