We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team and ensure that our components and finished assemblies meet the highest standards.

**Position Summary**

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions to verify product compliance.
- Use a variety of inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and multimeters.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality databases.
- Identify and report nonconformities, work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a hardware or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies including knowledge of IPC standards.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical specifications.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**
- Regular exposure to a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- May require standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 35 lbs.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
