**Job Type**: Full-Time (Permanent)
**Timings**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility Required)
**Compensation**: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Based on Application Approvals, student admissions and consultations)

- Liaise with clients, institutions, and government bodies on behalf of applicants.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within appropriate timelines.
- Maintain and update case files and track deadlines.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, client communications, and follow-ups effectively.
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration regulations and policy changes.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years** of experience in a similar immigration or admissions role.
- Solid understanding of Canadian immigration processes and document requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools** and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an immigration consultancy or law firm.
- RCIC designation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, or Spanish).

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $20-$40 CAD/hour (based on experience and skillset)
