Our company is equiped with state-of the-art machinery, and has high-volumn production capacity. Our products have been installed in thousands of homes here in Lower mainland.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM system

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home building sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

We offer competitive compensation including base salary plus commission.

Pay: $37,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
