We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The Shift Manager will oversee shift operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. With Minimum 2 years experience and able to work all shifts/ anytime

**Duties**:

- **Manage and lead a team of employees during designated shifts**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise**:

- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed**:

- Train new employees on company policies and procedures**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in kitchen operations and team management is a plus

**Certification in safe food handling required for position**

First aid great asset

We are open Monday to Sunday from 10:30am to 9 or 10pm. So, no late nights
- **We are looking for people that are flexible and can work all shifts (including the weekend)**:

- **Part Time Position that requires a min. commitment of minimum of 25 hours per week, can develop into fulltime.**:
