**Part-Time Team Member - Coach House Designs**:

- Location: Rural Chilliwack, BC | Hours: 20-30 per week (flexible schedule, Mon-Fri preferred)_

Coach House Designs, a small family-run quilt pattern business located in the heart of rural Chilliwack, BC, is looking to welcome a dependable and detail-oriented part-time team member to our in-person team. We’re passionate about quilting, creativity, and providing high-quality designs and customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're seeking someone who shares our enthusiasm for small business life and is keen to learn or expand their skills in a supportive, family-based work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fulfill purchase orders, including the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping of quilt pattern products for Distributors, Wholesale Shops, and Retail clients.
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and quality control across websites and platforms.
- Generate and enter client invoices for orders.
- Assist with inventory and supply management, including ordering and organizing office and printer supplies.
- Manage product listings and updates across multiple platforms (Etsy, Faire, Shopify, Pinterest).
- Support occasional social media and marketing tasks (optional based on interest and experience).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
- Comfortable working with computers, printers, and digital platforms.
- Understanding of purchasing and manufacturing workflows.
- Able to lift 20-30 lbs. regularly as part of order fulfillment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with solid time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving timelines.
- Experience or interest in social media platforms (Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, Shopify) is a plus, but not required.

**Additional Information**:

- This is an **in-person role**. The position is based at our office in **Rural Chilliwack**, where **no public transportation is available**. Reliable personal transportation is required.
- The role offers **20-35 hours per week**, with the potential for more hours during busy periods.
- The job contract is for 12 months, with the possibility to extended at the end of contract.
- Flexible weekday hours - ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a creative small business with a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
