**Position Overview**

We’re seeking a dependable **Production Team Member** to join our machining and assembly operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load/unload parts for machining and assembly
- Assist with machine setup, tooling, lubrication, and basic maintenance
- Clean and maintain workspaces and equipment
- Perform quality checks on parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances
- Log production data and report any discrepancies or issues
- Assist teammates with material handling and daily production flow
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized shop

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, use basic measuring tools, and log information accurately
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- **Must reside in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley region**

**Certification & Screening**
- **Must hold a valid PAL** (Possession and Acquisition Licence), **or be willing to undergo a background check** if a PAL is not currently held

**Preferred Experience**
- Manufacturing or machining experience is an asset
- Familiarity with precision parts and inspection processes
- General workshop and mechanical knowledge

**Physical Requirements**
- Regular lifting, standing, and use of hands/tools
- Exposure to workshop noise, oils, and coolants

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, full-time hours, with occasional overtime

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
