Recruitment Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Assistant-Director, you will supervise and take part in the complete hiring process for primarily pre-board screening officer positions at all airports in Eastern Canada served by Securitas Transport Aviation Security (STAS).

Responsibilities:

- Supervise activities of the recruitment team
- Maintain reports up-to-date in regards to recruitment efforts and KPI
- In collaboration with management, organize tasks and define goals of the recruitment team members
- Coordinate training with the training department
- Ensuring that recruitment files comply with STAS rules
- Work closely with the Airport Operations Department and the Human Resources Department to achieve recruitment objectives within the prescribed time frame;
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the recruitment process and contribute to their improvement and evolution;
- Provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in certain HR processes and be responsible for the production of certain reports, all in collaboration with the recruitment colleagues
- Perform all related tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in administration, human resource management or other relevant field.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a unionized company.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software.
- Bilingualism both oral and written (French/English). Qualities and skills required for this position
