Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and determine position requirements (Title, Job Descriptions)
- Post & Broadcast positions on different platforms, social media and professional networks (ATS, Career Page, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and responsible for recruitment full cycle on specific roles
- Promote our employer brand (Social Media) and attending various recruiting events (Job Fairs, Career Blitz, School events, etc.)
- Responsible for creation of offer letters and contracts when required

**Required Qualifications**:

- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a Recruiter role
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
- Detail oriented; high sense of organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite software’s with advanced skills recognized on Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in French and English (a must)
