**Full-Time Customer Service Representative**
**Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to customer requests for shipment status - tracking and tracing, problem resolution, proof of delivery (POD) requests and proactive responses and notifications per customer requests, including service schedule variations.
- Address customer concerns regarding overages, shortages and damages (OS&D).
- Provide guidance and information to customers regarding service standards and schedules; clarifying billing information and COD details as requested.
- Collaborate and partner with Operations and Branches to meet customer service requests.
- Update and maintain departmental databases (TMS & CRM) with relevant, up-to-date information.
- Proactively communicate customer concerns and issues to the Business Development department.
- Generate sales leads on an on-going basis and forwards to the Business Development department.
- Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned.

**What You Have**:

- High School diploma; with courses in Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field, with one (1) year experience in customer service; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Knowledge of LTL freight-handling requirements preferred.
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred.
- Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia.
- Intermediate level use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Flexibility to work different shift and overtime as required.
