**About the Position**:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker/Psychotherapist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering essential psychotherapy services, utilizing a diverse range of modalities, to individuals in need. As a valued member of our team, you will not only provide individual therapy but also have the opportunity to facilitate group therapy sessions.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master of Social Work or Master of Counselling Psychology degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Registration in good standing with Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum two years post-graduate experience working with individuals with serious mental health issues providing direct therapeutic interventions in both and individual and group setting.
- Experience and confidence, assessing and offering treatment in a variety of modalities.
- Advanced training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an asset.
- A combination of relevant education, specialized training, and professional experience will be taken into consideration.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and have regular access to a reliable vehicle and provide proof of $2,000,000 vehicle insurance.
- Required to provide a satisfactory criminal reference check (CRC) with Vulnerable Sector Screening prior to hire.

**Salary Range**: $44.67 - $47.10 - $49.55 - $52.00 - $54.45 - $57.90
