**About Us**:
**About the Role**:
We are hiring **Junior Leasing Consultant and Property Managers** to support our leasing team with new project lease-ups and ongoing rental management. This position is ideal for someone who is unlicensed but eager to pursue their **Property Management Licensing** while gaining valuable industry experience. You’ll be working under the direct supervision of a licensed property manager and trained on all aspects of leasing, tenant relations, inspections, and property operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property showings, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects
- Assist with leasing new purpose-built rental buildings and single units from our existing portfolio
- Post and manage online listings, respond to inquiries, and maintain Yardi-based tenant databases
- Support move-in and move-out inspections, lease document preparation, and tenant onboarding
- Communicate professionally with developer/clients, tenants, vendors, and the in-house team
- Provide a report and data analysis on the rental market and showing activities
- Provide after-hours and weekend availability for urgent showings or property access (schedule-based)
- Learn and adapt to evolving leasing technologies, sales techniques, and compliance standards
- Able to multitask and fast learning. Able to master property management software (Yardi, etc.)

- Hardworking, team-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and contribute
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written); Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi are assets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, sales-driven mindset
- Fast learners with good judgment, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings—this is not a 9-to-5 desk job
- Willingness to enroll in the BC Property Management Licensing Course if unlicensed
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits preferred

Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
