Sales - Hostess / Host

Landmark Homes are looking for a dynamic Showhome Sales Hostess / Host
The Showhome Host/Hostess is responsible for assisting the Sales Management Team and Area Sales Representatives in selling townhomes and duplexes and providing an excellent customer service experience for both prospective and new buyers from pre-possession to post-possession.
This is an hourly, part-time position for standard showhome hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Sales Management Team and Area Sales Representative with various tasks as needed
- Assist in the maintenance of the showhome during operating hours and visual interior and exterior presentation
- Assist in selling the company product by greeting all visitors to the showhome and maintaining accurate and up to date knowledge of the Company and its products including models, model options, pricing and lots
- Assist in setting up meetings for Area Sales Representatives with potential clients
- Assist in the completion of paperwork and reporting

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

You have comprehensive experience in the customer service sector and exceptional interpersonal skills that will assist you in greeting and supporting potential clients that come to our showhomes. You also possess strong oral and written communication skills in order to accurately convey your knowledge of Landmark products to potential customers. You have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, which will ensure that you are providing the right support that the Sales Management Team or Area Sales Representatives require. You are able to work evenings and weekends during standard showhome hours.

Dress Code
- Tops - Tops must provide coverage to the chest, back and midriff. Examples of suitable tops are blazers, button-ups, collared shirts, ties, and tucked-in shirts.
- Bottoms - Clean and unfrayed pants, including dress pants, chinos, Dockers, dress shorts, capris and dark denim, are suitable. Dresses and skirts with a minimum length at or just above the knee are also acceptable.
- Footwear - Footwear such as dress shoes (heels and flats), dress boots and dress sandals are suitable.

Core Competencies
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education is preferred
- PHBA certification and or courses taken are considered an asset
- Experience in New Home Sales
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Working Conditions

The Sales Associate must be able to work under the following conditions
- Able to sit and stand for long periods
- Arm and finger dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
- Physically able to walk on construction sites, which may include frozen, rough or otherwise challenging-to-navigate surfaces.
- Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
