**Job Summary**
As a member of TWA Solutions Sales Team, you will engage with our business clients by creating meaningful connections, providing innovative solutions, while demonstrating a passion for technology. In this role you will be responsible for developing and supporting an account base in the business segment, actively building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with all our clients. You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generations and referrals. You will conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs, perform account reviews, develop device life cycle management strategies, and follow up calls to ensure clients receive the best value and service.
You will bring creative sales strategies and a solutions-oriented mindset to each client meeting. With a focus on understanding the client’s unique needs, and a goal to help elevate their operations by promoting and tailoring wireless solutions. Whether it’s through our Two-way Radio systems, wireless data solutions, In-Building solutions, Surveillance, or Access Control systems, you’ll empower clients with tools that enhance their connectivity, productivity, and communication.
In this role you will also be prospecting new opportunities, engaging new clients, and positioning TWA Solutions as the first choice for wireless solutions in Saskatchewan. You will create compelling sales proposals that showcase complete wireless solutions through engaging presentations, and product demonstrations.

**Your Impact**
As you work to meet sales targets, your focus will be on prospecting new clients and driving sales of wireless data products and services, including Two-way radio solutions, surveillance and access control, and in-building coverage solutions. You will take initiative to close sales, while being a valuable team member by supporting your teammates’ success. You operate with integrity, knowing that every team win is a shared victory.
Position Responsibilities:
- Engage with new clients in Regina and surrounding area by prospecting and securing meetings, through cold calling, partner selling, lead generation campaigns and modern social selling techniques.
- Build and foster meaningful relationships to ensure that TWA Solutions is viewed as a strategic partner by actively managing client accounts, understanding their needs, pain points, buying motives, and informing them how you can bring added value to their organization.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals, presentations, quotes and contracts.
- Stay abreast of company and competitor products, pricing and solutions.
- Communicate new products and service developments to prospective and existing clients.
- Facilitate the procurement process and the delivery of products to customers
- Provide the sales management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including monthly sales forecasts, and the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
- Fully utilize all company CRM automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
- Promote TWA Solutions brand and our products at business related events, which may include tradeshows, fundraisers, sponsorships, and various networking events.
- Manage after-sales support activities, to ensure long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- Participate in sales and product training to deliver ongoing value to customers and grow your client base.
**What experience you need to have**
- Minimum 3- 5 years business sales experience, with a demonstrated track record in building an account base through prospecting.
- Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
