**Gestion des incidents et des proble?mes**: Identifier, diagnostiquer et re?soudre les incidents en temps re?el, en s'assurant du suivi jusqu'a? la re?solution comple?te.
**Optimisation des processus**: Collaborer avec les e?quipes de de?veloppement et les parties prenantes pour ame?liorer et optimiser les processus automatise?s.
**Suivi des performances**: Mettre en place et surveiller les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour s'assurer que les SLAs sont respecte?s et que la qualite? du service reste e?leve?e.
**Gestion des escalades**: Agir comme point de contact pour les escalades techniques et ope?rationnelles, as
- surant une communication fluide avec les parties concerne?es.
**Documentation et ame?lioration continue**: Maintenir la documentation a? jour concernant les incidents, les solutions apporte?es et proposer des ame?liorations pour re?duire les incidents re?currents.
Excellente compre?hension des technologies RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
**Compe?tences en gestion d'e?quipe**: Capacite? a? encadrer et motiver une e?quipe technique.
**Compe?tences en re?solution de proble?mes**: Solides compe?tences analytiques et me?thodologiques pour
identifier et re?soudre les incidents rapidement.
**Communication efficace**: Capacite? a? communiquer avec des e?quipes techniques et non techniques.
Mai?trise des outils ITSM (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) pour la gestion des incidents.
Diplo?me en Informatique, Inge?nierie ou e?quivalent.
Minimum de 5 ans d?expe?rience dans le support applicatif, avec au moins 2 ans dans une fonction de Team Lead.
Mai?trise de l?anglais indispensable, une autre langue est un atout.
Une certification RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) est un plus.
