**Role**:
As our Team Lead, you will lead and empower a team of software developers, ensuring a balance between technical execution, project management and client collaboration. You will be responsible for both technical leadership and stakeholder management, driving innovation while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
**Chrono Innovation is looking for a Team Lead to**:

- Lead, coach and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality development.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, business teams, and clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Gather client requirements and feedback, ensuring solutions align with their needs and business goals.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential challenges before they escalate.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development, team management and project coordination.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and tech stacks.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts to both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to balance technical leadership, team development, and project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping the team aligned and motivated.
